Nick and Erica Sprague
Erica Sprague is a Native Texan who grew up in San Antonio. She studied Business at Texas A&M University and has a degree in Management Information Systems. Erica is married to her husband, Nick Sprague, who also has his Real Estate license. Together they have 2 sons, Noah and Cole Jaxx.
Erica’s professional background includes Medical Sales and Marketing. Her experience in sales has added to her ability to communicate well with people from various backgrounds, to problem solve in multiple situations and come up with creative and successful solutions, and to really listen to her clients to understand what their needs really are.
Erica values being educated about the Real Estate Market and about the Clients she is serving. Erica has earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation through the National Association of Realtors. A Realtor who has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) REALTOR® designation has made an extra effort to raise the bar, with additional training and experience in serving you, the home buyer. Erica has received the award of being a 2012 Five Star Professional! Less than 7% of Realtors in the Houston area receive this award each year! Five Star Professional conducts a survey each year to evaluate Real Estate Agents; respondents were asked to evaluate Real Estate Agents they knew through personal experience and to evaluate them based on nine criteria. Both negative and positive evaluations were included in the scoring. All qualified Real Estate Agents were screened with the State Real Estate Commission’s database to verify that licenses were current and no disciplinary actions were pending. The final list was reviewed by a panel of local realty company executives, professional and trade association officers and others directly involved in housing-related businesses.
